Inn from the Cold

“Inn from the Cold” is a volunteer group that provides homeless people with shelter and hope. It offers emergency shelter and comfort in the context of compassion and respect. The path out of homelessness is very difficult and is filled with many challenges and obstacles. A warm bed for the night is just one small step forward. Please join us in this project. Fill out a Volunteer Application Form and return it to the address noted on the form. The “Inn from the Cold” is a volunteer group that provides homeless people with shelter and hope. It offers emergency shelter and comfort to those in need in the context of compassion and respect. If you are concerned about people in our community who are in need of a safe, secure, simple place of refuge from the elements and harmful situations, then please respond to our call for volunteers.

This involvement will give you the opportunity to meet new people, demonstrate compassion and be of service to others. You will gain experience and understanding in working with people whose values and life circumstances may be different from your own. You will share and learn communication and problem-solving skills and be involved with generous people working to make a better world.
